The Hawaii International Heart Failure Symposium is evolving.
Beginning in 2027, the program will continue as the North America Heart Failure Symposium, reflecting the evolution of the meeting beyond a single destination while preserving the international perspective and collaboration that have been central to the symposium.
What isn’t changing is the heart of the experience: nationally and internationally recognized faculty, clinically relevant education, emerging science, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the opportunity to connect with colleagues who are advancing heart failure care around the world.

Where It Began: Hawaii 2026
The inaugural Hawaii International Heart Failure Symposium brought together leading heart failure experts and multidisciplinary clinicians at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua, for four days of advanced education, clinical discussion, and collaboration.
